Creative Content Specialist
Position Description– VisualDx is a dynamic, creative company with global impact. We are changing the way medicine is practiced, and health and medicine is understood by people worldwide. We are looking for a talented creative content specialist to design and execute new marketing strategies. This role must serve two minds: be creative and think outside the box but also have a passion for analytics and rely on data to make decisions. The position will oversee our social media, email and direct mail campaigns as well as efforts to build content that is highly effective both online and off. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.
Build and manage a robust content calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties.
Manage and execute various email and direct mail campaigns.
Grow new leads by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).
Advance our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, direct mail, blogging, influencers, and social channels.
Collaborate with designers, sales professionals, business development, account managers, and advising medical professionals to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience.
Optimize content for search engines and lead generation.
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
3-6 years of marketing and content creation experience.
Excellent writer and communicator.
Proficiency in marketing automation in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers.
A passion and strong understanding of the healthcare industry.
Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts.
Bonus skills: HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite.
