VisualDx is a company dedicated to improving healthcare decisions. As Director of Consumer Engagement at VisualDx, you will be charged with enhancing existing consumer products and building new products that will transform patient engagement and patient knowledge. You will work closely with engineers, creative designers and stakeholders throughout the company from the very earliest stages of product conception through product launch including ongoing enhancement. You will gather customer requirements, coordinate with senior staff member to shape the product vision and market strategy, as well as working closely with development, marketing, and client services to ensure adequate growth of consumer engagement products and services.
VisualDx is a small, creative company, and you will be hands on contributing at all levels. You will identify and assess problems and challenges, clearly articulating tradeoffs and decision points. You will break down complex problems and use data to analyze and inform decisions. Initially you will serve many roles in this fast moving, entrepreneurial position. Skinsight, our platform for skin health, has been recently revised. You will be responsible for insuring its content enhancement and ongoing traffic growth. You will develop new products and ensure their success.
