How long have you been with VisualDx? Since late November 2019.
Describe your typical workday: Since I am a new employee, I spend a lot of time learning about VisualDx, the application and company. My role consists of working with the sales team to generate new accounts and qualify leads through most mediums of communication. I am sure my role will expand greatly as time goes on.
Things you’ll find in my workspace/office: Of course, you will find all things work related. However, ChapStick, lotion, and a hair brush are a must! That’s accompanied by sparkling water and a few photos of my fiancé!
If you could host a dinner party with anyone in the world, living or dead, what three people would you invite? I would invite my namesake Princess Diana, Oprah Winfrey, and Ellen DeGeneres. Princess Diana is an icon, Oprah is a #girlboss, and Ellen would keep all of us laughing.
Recent great read: I enjoy short reads about personal development and self-worth.
Guilty pleasure: Anything dark chocolate.
Favorite place on earth: HAWAII!!!!! Either on the beach, on a hike, or under the water scuba diving.
Currently binge-watching: “The Office”
Favorite quote: There is an equal tie. Something a former gymnastics coach told me: “Don’t be a competitor, be the competition,” and something I was told to remember before I competed at Miss New York: “No one here is more confident than me.”
First job: Haha! I worked at Yolickity Frozen Dessert Zone in Greece, Brighton, Henrietta, and Webster. They have the BEST froyo.
Pet peeve: When people cough/sneeze in their hands. Lazy people who make excuses.
Favorite way to unwind: I love to work out. Running and lifting weights are always considered “my time.” You can find me on the treadmill at 5 am every day!
What’s something you want to do in the next year that you’ve never done before? I want to open my own business designing custom invitations. My background is in media/communication and I have a lot of experience using the Adobe products. I just need to think of a good business name first!
Favorite part about working at VisualDx: I am really thankful to be employed by VisualDx. The company, people, and environment are outstanding. However, my favorite part about VisualDx is that dogs are allowed!
