Toddler’s Neck Lesion Has Parents Concerned - Let’s Diagnose

Parents of a 10-month-old girl went to the pediatrician when they noticed a single erythematous lesion on the midline of her neck. They were concerned that she seemed to be having some trouble swallowing her food and had noticed that she sounded a little hoarse when happily babbling to them. Otherwise, she hadn’t expressed any discomfort.
