Synopsis

Angiokeratomas of the vulva (also known as angiokeratomas of Fordyce) are asymptomatic, benign vascular neoplasms that are found in various anatomic locations on the vulva. Clitoral involvement is rare. Papules may also be seen on the inner thighs and lower abdomen.
