Synopsis
Syringomas are benign adnexal tumors derived from intraepidermal luminal cells of eccrine sweat ducts. They present as small, dome-shaped, asymptomatic, persistent papules. The vulva is a rare site of occurrence, and in this location, syringomas may be isolated or part of the generalized eruptive variant.
