Central precocious puberty
Treatment of progressive central precocious puberty requires monitoring of age, growth, and rate of pubertal progression with consideration for the child's psychological well-being. Gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) therapy may be used to suppress onset of pubertal symptoms until appropriate age and height.
