- Favre-Racouchot syndrome
- Large-pore BCC – A rare variant that presents as a dilated pore. A shiny border may be seen.
- SCC – Rarely may present with a central dilated pore.
- Steatocystoma
- Eruptive vellus hair cyst
- Trichoblastomas with a central dilated pore have also been reported.
