Synopsis

Syringomata are benign adnexal tumors of intra-epidermal eccrine sweat ducts that present as small, spherical papules, often in a periorbital distribution. The tumors are asymptomatic but persist over time. They are more common in women. Treatment is for cosmetic purposes.
