Joshua Morales
Joshua Morales is a medical student at the TCU Burnett School of Medicine and is currently completing a dedicated dermatology research fellowship at the University of Connecticut. Originally from Southern California, he is passionate about advancing dermatologic education, improving diagnostic accuracy, and expanding access to high-quality patient care through research and innovation.
His academic interests include medical dermatology, dermatologic surgery, autoimmune blistering diseases, and clinical research. He has authored multiple peer-reviewed publications and enjoys collaborating on projects that bridge clinical medicine, education, and technology. Beyond research, He is committed to mentorship and has served in student leadership roles focused on promoting dermatology education and supporting his fellow medical students.
As a member of the VisualDx Student Advisory Board, he is excited to contribute the perspective of a medical student pursuing dermatology while helping enhance educational resources that improve clinical learning and patient outcomes. He is looking forward to collaborating with fellow board members to advance innovative approaches to medical education.
