Last December, employees at 92 Rochester-area companies including VisualDx took a survey conducted by Energage. Questions touched on topics including effective leadership and job meaningfulness and the answers generally point to the overall “health” of a company.
Of the 40 small companies (35-124 employees) that scored well enough to be considered a Top Workforce in Rochester, more VisualDx employees said they loved their jobs than any other small company. VisualDx was honored to receive both the I Love My Job Award (small business category) and the Top Workplaces award at an awards event at the Rochester Riverside Convention Center Wednesday, March 28. 9 VisualDx employees were in attendance and are pictured here with our special award.
