Terms & Conditions
By participating in the VisualDx and Vaseline MicroLearning Series (the “Series”), participants agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility
The Series is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years old as of the start date of the Series. Proof of residency and age may be required. Void where prohibited. Employees, officers and directors of VisualDx and Unilever and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, and all other service agencies involved with the Series and members of their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members (whether related or not) of each such employee are not eligible to participate or win. In order to participate in the Series or receive a prize, you must fully comply with these Terms and Conditions and, by entering, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, whose decisions shall be binding and final in all respects relating to this Series. No purchase is necessary to participate, and participation does not increase the chances of selection.
Sponsor
VisualDx N. Goodman St., Suite E200, Rochester, NY 14607
Timing
The Series runs from February [___], 2026 at 12:01 am Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) through December 31, 2026 at 11:59 pm EST. Sponsor is the official timekeeper for this Series.
How to Enter
To be eligible, participants must be active VisualDx users and must view all four quarterly microlearning videos released during the 2026 calendar year. Participants who complete all four quarterly microlearning videos will receive one (1) entry. Multiple entries are not permitted for the same person. Any attempt to obtain additional entries by using multiple/different accounts, registrations and logins, or any other method, will void that participant’s entries and that participant may be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the participant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
Winner Determination
Following the conclusion of the Series, VisualDx will randomly select ten (10) eligible participants to receive a Vaseline-branded swag bag with an approximate retail value of less than $50. Total approximate retail value of all prizes available to be won is $500.
Winners will be contacted using the email associated with their VisualDx Academy account. If a selected winner does not respond within ten (10) business days, an alternate winner may be chosen. Prizes are nontransferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items of value. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. All federal, state, and local tax liabilities, as well as any other costs and expenses not specified herein as being awarded are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Winner may be required to complete and return an IRS W-9 form (i.e. Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification).
Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.
POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR. SPONSOR’S DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE ADMINISTRATION, OPERATION, SELECTION OF THE WINNERS AND OTHER MATTERS RELATED TO THE SERIES.
Verification of Potential Winners
Potential winners may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and Publicity Release (where permitted by law) (collectively, the “Affidavit”) by the date specified by Sponsor, or an alternate potential winner may be selected. In the event (a) a potential winner cannot be reached for whatever reason after a reasonable effort has been exerted, or the potential winner notification or Affidavit is returned as undeliverable, (b) a potential winner declines or cannot accept, receive or use the prize for any reason, (c) of noncompliance with these Official Rules or any of the aforesaid time periods, (d) a potential winner is found to be ineligible to enter the Series or receive the prize, or (e) a potential winner fails to fulfill the Affidavit-related obligations, the potential winner shall be disqualified from the Series and an alternate potential winner may be selected in a random drawing, from among the other eligible entries received, as described above. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the notification and Affidavit procedures in connection with the selection of alternate potential winner, if any.

Each participant agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Sponsor which are binding and final in all matters relating to this Series; (b) defend, indemnify, release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Unilever, and their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, and any other person and organization responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Series, and all of their respective past and present parents, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a participant’s entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry, participation in the Series, acceptance, possession, attendance at, defect in, delivery of, inability to use, use or misuse of prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of entry. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be (a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Series, or with any Website promoting the Series; (b) acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions; or (c) entering or attempting to enter the Series multiple times through the use of multiple email addresses. If Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that technical difficulties or unforeseen events compromise the integrity or viability of the Series, Sponsor reserves the right to void the entries at issue, and/or terminate the relevant portion of the Series, including the entire Series, and/or modify the Series and/or award the prize from all eligible entries received as of the termination date.
