Your host: Nick Patel, MD
Nick Patel, MD, is a physician executive and digital health leader who spent two decades at Prisma Health in South Carolina. There he served as the system’s first Chief Digital Officer and as Vice Chair of Medicine, and he kept practicing as a hospitalist and primary care physician throughout.
Today he is Founder and CEO of Stealth Consulting, which advises health systems, health tech companies, and private equity firms. He is also interim CMIO at the University of Maryland Medical System.
Dr. Patel chairs the HIMSS North America Board of Advisors. He is one of only two physicians worldwide to receive Microsoft’s Most Valuable Professional Award, and Becker’s has named him one of its Top Chief Digital Officers to Know.
