34-Year-Old Woman Has Vision Loss, Fertility Problems – Let’s Diagnose

A 34-year-old woman went to the ED when she experienced loss of vision in the outer half of both her right and left visual field. She had already scheduled an appointment with her doctor for later that week to discuss concerns about a milky discharge from her nipples. She was not nursing and had not recently been pregnant. In fact, she was currently experiencing infertility problems. Lately she had been having headaches and blurry vision. Although she did suffer the occasional headache, these seemed to be much more frequent. She had blamed increased time spent on the computer at work.

Is it a pituitary tumor, sarcoidosis, papilledema, or a craniopharyngioma?
