A 38-year-old man visited his doctor for a pruritic rash that developed on his feet over the last week. He frequently worked out and showered in a gym before going to work. On examination, fine, powdery, scaly plaques were seen on his soles and insteps. He otherwise appeared well and had no systemic symptoms.
