Fall leads to wrist pain, decreased ROM. Let’s diagnose.

A 66-year-old woman presented to the emergency room with wrist pain and decreased range of motion on her right wrist after falling at home earlier that day. She had landed on her extended wrist with her forearm in pronation. The patient had a history of falls and a distal radius fracture 5 years prior. On physical examination, joint swelling and tenderness were palpable along the distal radioulnar joint. Her x-ray is shown.
