This woman has burning and itchy purplish spots on toes for two weeks. What’s the diagnosis?

A 39-year-old woman visited her doctor about burning and itchy purplish spots that developed on her toes 2 weeks prior. She noted that a few days prior to onset, she walked through the snow without shoes to take out the trash for the weekly pickup.  She was not on any medications and had no recent history of trauma or infection. On examination, dusky, blanching macules and papules were seen on the dorsal feet and toes.

What’s the diagnosis?
