How do I change my password?
If you have a personal VisualDx account (including under an institutional license):
- Sign in with your username and current password
- Click the user icon in the top right corner
- Select “My Account”
- Follow the steps to update your password
If you access VisualDx via Single Sign-On (SSO):
You do not have a separate VisualDx password.
To change your password, you must update it through your organization’s authentication system (eg, your IT department or identity provider).
