How do I change my password?

If you have a personal VisualDx account (including under an institutional license):

  1. Sign in with your username and current password
  2. Click the user icon in the top right corner
  3. Select “My Account”
  4. Follow the steps to update your password

If you access VisualDx via Single Sign-On (SSO):

You do not have a separate VisualDx password.

To change your password, you must update it through your organization’s authentication system (eg, your IT department or identity provider).
