What should I do if I forgot my username or password?

Your next step depends on how you access VisualDx:

  • If you access VisualDx through your institution (no login required):
    You may not need a username or password.
    Try accessing VisualDx while on your organization’s network.
    If access issues continue, contact your IT department or VisualDx support.
  • If you created a personal account under your institution’s license:
    You can reset your credentials using the “Forgot password” option.
