What’s New in VisualDx This May

At VisualDx, our mission is to provide healthcare professionals with accurate, relevant clinical information that is easy to access. Our latest content update builds on that mission with expanded image coverage, refined clinical content, and targeted improvements across dermatology, oncodermatology, and beyond helping clinicians recognize conditions faster and with greater confidence.

Here is what we focused on:

New and Updated Clinical Illustrations: To support rapid visual learning and diagnostic clarity, new and refreshed illustrations were introduced, including functional dyspepsia and third nerve palsy.

Refreshed Patient Handouts: 30 patient education materials were reviewed and enhanced to better support patient understanding including osteomyelitis, Zika virus infection, hidradenitis suppurativa, vestibular papillomatosis, ocular pterygium, and listeriosis.

Expanded Image Coverage in Hair and Scalp Disorders: Over 400 images were added or repositioned across hair and scalp categories, expanding coverage of conditions such as discoid lupus erythematosus, aplasia cutis congenita, traction alopecia, psoriasis, and kerion.
